for 4 persons:
- 2 bunches arugola salad
- 1 mango
- 200 g fresh tuna filet (sushi quality)
- 100 ml sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- or mild white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- salt and 1 pinch cayenne pepper
ARUGOLA SALAD WITH RAW MARINATED TUNA AND MANGO IN A SESAME MARINADE
Wash the arugola and spin dry. Peel the mango, remove the stone and cut into thin slices.
Roast the sesame seeds briefly and mix them with the sesame oil, vinegar, and honey creating a marinade. Season with salt and cayenne pepper.
Cut the tuna in thin slices. Arrange the arugola salad with mango slices and tuna
on a plate and dribble the marinade above.
